A two hour design consultation to go over the vision and challenges of your existing home. How you want to utilize each space, and the overall mood you want to accomplish. From looking at overall color and material combinations to space planning advice, you can use this time to ask all your design questions and concerns.
* fee: €350,- (plus vat) for the first two hours and €50 hourly rate following the initial fee
Phase 1 kick off meeting: A walkthrough design meeting to get to know you (the client) and the project. We will then discuss the project scope, what you want to accomplish, and how you want to utilize each space. This is the time you can inform me of your specific likes and dislikes before the conceptual design phase.
Phase 2 conceptual design: Moving forward into specifics such as color choices, interior architectural elements, and general space planning. I will conduct a thorough walkthrough of the property to fully assess the existing conditions and determine how to best utilize each space to create a functional home without breaking the bank.
Phase 3 schematic design: To further refine the design direction based on the approved concept. I will provide general mood boards for each space, which will showcase color and texture combinations of different materials, floorpans that include interior structural changes, initial furniture placement, lighting placement, as well as kitchen and bathroom layouts. This phase will be about looking at the foundation of the design and incorporating your design needs.
Phase 4 design development: We will fully define each space from the approved schematic designs and revise all drawings and deliverables to create a clear plan for all contractor and sub contractors to commence work.
Phase 5 procurement and coordination: This phase will run concurrent with other phases. I will be shopping in stores and online to find home goods that fit your budget and desired look. After careful selection, these pieces will be placed on a presentation for you to revise and or approve up to a maximum of 3 iterations. Once final revisions are made and presentations are approved, I will manage the purchasing of each piece as well as coordinate the deliveries and installation.
Phase 6 construction administration and Installation: As construction of your home progress, I will be visiting the site to make sure everything is running smoothly and on schedule. I will also be receiving deliveries, coordinating installs and getting the home prepped and ready for your move in day.
